Zoe is the Head of our Private Family law team. Zoe works closely with her clients assisting them through what are often stressful and difficult circumstances.

Meet Zoe

Zoe completed her law degree at Newcastle University and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. Having always practised Family Law in Teesside, Zoe joined Freers Askew Bunting in January 2022. Zoe covers a wide aspect of private family law including divorce and children issues but specialises in financial matters arising following separation, including those with high value assets, business assets and pensions. Zoe also regularly deals with prenuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements. Zoe is a Collaboratively trained lawyer and is committed to assisting clients in reaching positive and amicable outcomes in what can often be very difficult and stressful personal circumstances. Zoe is a keen walker and gardener with a self-confessed obsession for flowers.
