Lydia completed her Law Degree at Durham University achieving an Upper-Second Class Degree with Honours. Prior to joining Freers Askew Bunting Solicitors, Lydia worked as an Advocate supporting vulnerable clients through family proceedings.
Within her current role, Lydia works with a range of clients with a strong emphasis on client care and effective communication. Care proceedings can often be a distressing and stressful time for those involved, Lydia understands the sensitive nature of proceedings and has an empathetic and supportive approach.
Outside of work, Lydia is a keen runner and enjoys hiking with her young family and labrador!
