Our will making process is straight forward. We can meet you face to face at one of our offices or we can start with an initial telephone or video call to talk through all elements of your new will. We will quickly provide you with a draft will for your approval and you can either visit us to execute it (sign with witnesses) or we can send the final document to you with signing instructions.
We will discuss everything from who you wish to be your executors, to how you want to leave your assets and personal belongings. We can provide advice on every aspect including inheritance tax, mirror wills and trusts.
