Freers Askew Bunting Solicitors Ltd. have a new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing Team, working together with existing Fee Earners and liaising closely with a Director.
This full-time position offers a demanding and varied caseload handling all types of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, transfers of equity and equity release.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post-qualification experience and be capable of investigating both freehold and leasehold plot titles and be skilled in acting for purchasers of plots on local and regional new build developments, for both cash investors and clients with mortgages. The role requires an understanding of, or practical experience of, the new Help to Buy Scheme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Residential Conveyancing Team at a CQS and Lexcel accredited firm where the successful candidate will be expected to play an active role in developing an already expanding department. Attractive salary commensurate with experience.
