Our team of fantastic Private Client solicitors will be at Dalby Court Care Home in Coulby Newham tomorrow, delivering an informal workshop to residents and their families, to discuss the benefits of Wills and LPA’s.
Head of Department Sarah Stainsby will lead the conversation alongside our Trainee Solicitors Johanna and Khudeza, and Private Client Executive Paige Bushby. The team will be discussing essential reasons why a person should make (or review) their will, including property, assets, children’s guardians and personal gifts, as well as circumstantial reasons including ‘first’ and ‘second’ families, guidance to executors and if you’re wanting to exclude a beneficiary from your will.
As well as will making, the team will also be chatting to residents and their families about LPA’s, going in to detail about what they are, what they entail and the benefits they could have. The team will be going in to details about the various kinds of LPA’s you can make (both Financial and Health & Care Decisions) and who exactly can make one.
