Residential Conveyancer (Guisborough)

With over 90 years of supporting clients across the Tees Valley and North Yorkshire, Freers Askew Bunting is a well-known and respected law firm. We've seen exceptional growth, with offices in Middlesbrough, Hartlepool, Guisborough and Stokesley. We’re an exciting and dynamic firm to work in, with plans for expansion in the near future. We are looking for an experienced conveyancing fee earner to join our award-winning team, working at the Guisborough office.

Location: Guisborough

Salary: In line with experience

Hours: Full-time (consider part-time)

Responsibilities include:

• Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Managing your own caseload
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients in a user-friendly language
• Business development – building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other professionals

You will work closely with your clients to ensure they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. You will have the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and appropriate manner.
