Business Administration Apprentice

Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for customer care? Freers Askew Bunting Solicitors is looking for a Business Administration & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. Based in Middlesbrough, you’ll work hands-on to support our legal teams with administrative tasks, gaining valuable skills through on-the-job training and a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.

Position Details:

• Annual Wage: £11,648
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (35 hours per week)
• Location: 19-25 Baker Street, Middlesbrough TS1 2LF
• Start Date: 18 November

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients, handling calls, and managing appointments
• Assisting with document management and office systems
• Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• GCSEs (A*-C/9-4) in English and Maths preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
